How can I pay my bill?
We offer easy auto pay convenience with all major credit cards and by e-checks.
Do I need to purchase insurance to rent with you?
We require you have homeowners or renters insurance for everyone's protection. We do offer insurance to those who are needing it.
What are your access hours?
You can access your unit any time between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. any day of the week. Be sure to contact our staff with any questions!
When is your office open?
We provide office hours between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. Monday - Saturday and 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. on Sunday. You’re welcome to call us (541) 772-0157 or drop by our office in person during these times. We also have a convenient contact form right here on our website.
Is there electricity in my unit?
For safety purposes, we do not provide power in any of our rentals.
What is climate control? Is it right for me?
If you plan to store medical supplies, candles, electronics, wine, food, antique furniture, books, or pictures, you may be interested in one of our climate-controlled storage units. While these types of spaces don’t guarantee the preservation of your belongings, they do help protect them from climate-related damage. Still not sure if it’s right for you? What temperature is a climate-controlled unit?
These units hold a constant temperature between 64 and 79 degrees, which is comparable to room temperature.
Do you have drive-up access?
We sure do. All of our units are on the ground floor and we even have moving handcarts available for you on move-in day. Your move just became a whole lot easier.
When is rent due?
Rent will always be due on the 1st of the month. When you sign your agreement and pay your first month of rent, we will prorate your bill.
Do you mail my bill to my house?
We do not, due to our auto pay convenience.
How much notice do you need before I move out?
In order for us to properly prepare things on our end, we require 10 days’ notice before your move-out date. We also provide the opportunity to earn back your deposit if your unit is clean upon inspection.
What happens if I lose the keys to my lock?
We give you the only key to your lock and we don’t hold a copy in our office. If you happen to lose your key, you can either call a local locksmith or ask us to cut your lock for a small fee.
